IES Fair Hearing
The Integrated Eligibility System (IES) program will provide business and technical investments in New York's Health and Human Services that will have far reaching returns in serving the state's most vulnerable citizens.
Scope of Work
The goal of this project was to develop a system to be used internally by state employees in the Fair Hearing department. The purpose of this new system was to automate their current work load which currently requires about 85% manual intervention by the worker.

How might we reduce the amount of manual human intervention required for the employees of the fair hearings department.
Dashboard
The users received paper reports that would inform them of the amount of requests that were received with in a day. given that they would receive hundreds of requests on a given day, the users would have to comb through piles of paper work on a daily basis.
With the design of our dashboard, we would be able to help our users get quick over view of the the requests that were received. Giving them a better idea of where to focus their work force.
Work Queue
Provides a list view of all the requests that have been received. Giving the users quick and easy access to the requests, while providing them with all the essential information.

Despite providing out users with a list of all the requests, we also provided them with filters, allowing them to search for one specific request or a group of requests with similar properties.
Creating New request
This free form application for a new request gives our users all they would need to put in a new request in one place. Allowing them to add multiple requests to one application to reduce the number of requests that would have to be processed.
